Tiny Stars
Boys and Girls, Ages 15-36 months
This a parent-tot class. Little ones experience climbing, tumbling and hanging with parent participation. A great intro to a class environment and following directions.
Twinkling Stars
Boys and Girls, Age 3
The Twinkling Stars class is a great introductory into gymnastics. Students will learn basic gymnastics skills while strengthening their motor, listening, and social skills. They will do obstacle courses, balance beam, bars and trampoline as well as learn to stand in line and take turns.
Shooting Stars
Boys and Girls, Ages 4-5
The Shooting Stars class teaches students who are eager to learn gymnastics and tumbling skills using obstacle courses, balance beam, bars and trampoline. They Improve flexibility, strength and balance while learning how to wait their turn and follow directions.
Shining Stars
Girls, Ages 6-10
The Shining Stars is a recreation, beginner class. Students learn skills on all four apparatuses: vault, bars, beam and floor using proper technique.
Super Stars
Girls, Ages 6-12
The Super Stars is an advanced gymnastics class by invitation only.
PRE Team
Girls, Ages 5+
Our Pre Team class is by invitation only.
Mini STARZ!
STARZ! 1, 2 & 3
(NON-COMPETITIVE Team)
Girls, Ages 5+ (Mini AGES 4-6)
This program was designed for girls who are interested in a more serious class with a team dynamic but without the commitment or competing.
Our STARZ! girls meet twice per week and practice and participate in in-house performances throughout the year. Our highly-trained staff works with each girl to encourage growth and progress while supporting a fun and positive environment!
