The Gym Stars Gymnastics competitive Team offers a positive, structured, and affordable program designed for a diverse group of athletes, with varying ages and abilities, starting from age four.
Our athletes compete at the Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond levels in the Xcel program. And level 1 in the developmental program. Our coaching staff is made up of dedicated and trained coaches who provide a nurturing, safe, and fun environment for all of our athletes.

Our Level 1 Team is the perfect introduction to competitive gymnastics for young athletes who are ready to take the next step.
Designed for ages 4–7, this program offers a fun, structured, and supportive team environment while keeping the time commitment manageable for families. Athletes practice once per week for 90 minutes and gain experience through local competitions and in-house performances.
Level 1 focuses on building strong fundamentals, confidence, and a love for the sport—all while giving athletes their first experience as part of a team.
This is a great option for families looking for a low-pressure, high-fun introduction to team gymnastics.
