Our tumbling program is designed for athletes of all levels — whether you’re just starting or perfecting advanced skills for gymnastics, cheer, or dance.
Each class focuses on strength, technique, and confidence in a fun, supportive environment.
Advanced Tumbling
Mondays | 4:30-5:30 PM
Wednesdays | 5:30-6:30 PM
For athletes who have mastered the basics and are ready for more! This class introduces back and front walkovers, back handsprings, and connected tumbling passes, with a focus on proper form and safe progressions.
Beginning Tumbling
Mondays | 5:30–6:30 PM
Wednesdays | 6:30–7:30 PM
Perfect for athletes new to tumbling! Students will learn the fundamentals — including rolls, cartwheels, bridges, handstands, and round-offs — while developing strength, coordination, and body control.
